Audience Measurement
We use Google Analytics to understand visits, popular articles, traffic sources and newsletter signups. It uses cookies to distinguish browsers and estimates location at the city or region level. Our local-reader estimate uses hosting-provided city information for Shelbyville, Simpsonville, Bagdad, Finchville and Waddy in Kentucky. Unmatched or unavailable locations remain other or unknown. This does not establish where a reader lives.
We do not send newsletter email addresses, garage-sale addresses, submission contents or confirmation links to Google Analytics. Newsroom and account pages are excluded. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled.
Audience measurement is loading for this browser. We also respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control.
Newsletters and Submissions
Newsletter addresses and choices are stored securely and used with Sender to manage the newsletters you request. You can unsubscribe using the link in our emails. Garage-sale addresses you confirm for publication appear with the public listing and map.
